Recent Projects

Fraser Street – Fire Restoration

After significant fire damage left a public housing property uninhabitable, Kepal was engaged to carry out a full restoration. We rebuilt and repaired the space with care and attention to detail- bringing it back to a safe and liveable condition.

Accessibility-Focused Kitchen Upgrade

In another project, we were asked to refurbish a kitchen and improve its accessibility for residents with mobility needs. That included reinstating a lowered bench, reworking the layout, and making the space easier and safer to use day-to-day.

It’s fantastic to have the bench reinstalled where people who are in wheelchairs can be actively involved in meal preparation.

All the residents and staff are very happy with the bright, new look.

I’ve noticed that one fellow has been coming into the kitchen area, looking around admiringly, and is obviously very pleased with the result. This is a very good and pleasing reaction.
